Bakewell Silver Band would like to welcome Ryan Stacey as their new Musical Director. The band are very much looking forward to working with Ryan whose enthusiasm and direction has impressed the band. Ryan hits the ground running with the band going straight into their Christmas programme of events, and then in the new year leading the band at the 3rd Section regional contest playing the test piece Endurance. Hopefully this will see the band successfully promoted back to the 2nd Section. The band would also like to thank Mark Wilcockson for stepping in to rehearse and lead the band for the Remembrance Concert and on Remembrance Day.
